Welcome to my beer-making blog! I've only been making beer for a few years now and at this point I'm still a newbie. I'm basically working with extracts and various ingredients (mostly Mr. Beer products), but someday I hope to graduate to carboys, batch priming and other fun things. Right now, it's perfect for me. It's good for anyone who loves beer but is too busy to spend hours and hours on it.
I'm posting all of the beers I've made up to date, including the labels for each. Most of the time, I think the labels are better than the beer!
