After several years of trying to find some consistency in my brewing, I have decided to leave Mr. Beer behind and upgrade my equipment. I want to do extract w/specialty grains, partial mashes and eventually all-grain batches.
I received better equipment during the Christmas season in 2014. Here's to better brew (hopefully)....
